Trade-show presence, English technical material and first investor contact for a cleantech firm.
North American show execution, English technical materials and initial investor introductions for a cleantech company.

A storage and cleantech company preparing for North American entry wanted to build a first layer of market presence through industry trade shows, investor conversations and English-language technical material. The team had strong domestic engineering and project experience but no track record presenting in North America and no investor- or partner-ready English material set.
Three typical issues converged. First, the technical material read as internal engineering documentation; the English version was unclear and lacked commercial framing. Second, North American shows, investor meetings and channel outreach all required local coordination. Third, the client wanted to face technical partners, investors and potential channel partners in a short window, so every asset had to balance technical credibility with commercial readability.
YF Consulting provided trade-show and investor outreach support: rebuilding the technical material as an English white paper investors and partners could actually read; producing trilingual (EN/FR/ZH) technical summaries, company introductions and project briefs; shortlisting two relevant North American clean-energy and technology shows; designing a lightweight booth concept and on-site collateral; mapping potential investors, industrial partners and government resources; and running pre-show outreach, on-site meetings and post-show follow-up.
